Refund policy

We want you to love your socks! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Socks may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept worn socks as returns under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks that have been worn or tried on without protective packaging.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange items must also be unworn and in original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your socks arrive damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
